Aftalen omfatter Grønland med ca. 16 bygninger (ca. 3 000-3 500m2) og indeholder 2 elementer:
a) En rammeaftale som omfatter totalrådgivning for bygge-og vedligeholdelsesarbejder
b) En aftale om udarbejdelse af bygningssyn, herunder syn af tekniske installationer, på ejendomme som er placeret i det geografiske område.
