Formålet med indkøbet er at måle vandstand og temperatur i grundvandsboringer og vandløbsstationer i hele Danmark som led i det Nationale Overvågningsprogram for Vandmiljø og Natur (NOVANA).
Miljøstyrelsen er den eneste ordregiver på rammeaftalen.
