Danish Meteorological Institute

The Danish Meteorological Institute, DMI provides meteorological and related services for the community within the large geographical area of the Kingdom of Denmark (Denmark and Greenland), including surrounding waters and airspace. DMI's area of activity comprises forecasting and warning services as well as continuous monitoring of weather, sea state, climate, and related environmental conditions in the atmosphere, over land and in the sea.
DMI intends to enter into a framework agreement concerning deliveries of GPS type radiosondes for use from both land and ship based stations in the Greenland area, Faroe Islands and North Atlantic Ocean.
A partial delivery of radiosondes may take place in December 2014.

1. Information about the Tenderers financially and technically situation required to assess whether he has the minimum capacity to fulfil the contract.
2. A statement of fulfilment of the obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or with those of the country of the contracting authority.
3. A statement of fulfilment of the obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or with those of the country of the contracting authority.
Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
The Tenderers audited annual reports for the past 3 years. If this is not in English, please include a resumé in English.
The Tenderers overall economic situation and key figures will be assessed in proportion to the expected overall sum of the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
1. A list of the principal deliveries effected in the past 3 years, especially in the field of GPS radiosondes, with the sums (if applicable), dates, recipients and detailed descriptions.
2. A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the Tenderer and a description of the facilities for delivery of radiosondes.

The selection of the candidates who will be invited to submit tenders will primarily be based on a list of references cf. III.2.3 with special emphasize on experience with the type of equipment covered by this tender and secondarily on economic and financial standing.
