Equipment for MOR measuring

The Danish Meteorological Institute, DMI, provides meteorological and related services for the community within the large geographical area of the Kingdom of Denmark (Denmark, the Faroes and Greenland), including surrounding waters and airspace. DMI’s area of activity comprises forecasting and warning services as well as continuous monitoring of weather, sea state, climate, and related environmental conditions in the atmosphere, over land and in the sea.
In order to update the existing RVR system equipments at three military airports beginning in 2011, DMI intends to enter into contact with one supplier. That is, one supplier must deliver both the MOR equipment (meteorological optical range) and the background luminance equipment, both types of equipment for integration with existing data logging and presentation equipment (SAVS2000).

(c) A statement of the undertaking's financial key figures, including overall turnover and, where appropriate, of turnover in the area covered by the contract, all for a maximum of the last three financial years available, depending on the date on which the undertaking was set up or the economic operator started trading, as far as the information on these turnovers is available.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
(a) A list of the principal deliveries effected in the past 3 years, especially in the field of operational meteorological processing, with the sums, dates and recipients, whether public or private, involved;
(b) A description of the technical facilities and measures used by the supplier for ensuring quality of the products;
(c) Relevant certificates drawn up by official quality control institutes or agencies of recognised competence attesting the conformity of products clearly identified by references to specifications or standards;
(d) An indication of the proportion of the contract which the candidate intends possibly to subcontract.
