Rammeaftalen vedrører vedligeholdelsesarbejde på Forsvarets 27 T-17 fly. Flyene er placeringsmæssigt fordelt med 20 fly ved flyveskolen på Helikopter Wing Karup (HWKAR), 3 fly ved Air Transport Wing Aalborg (ATW AAL) og 4 fly ved Fighter Wing Skrydstrup (FWSKP). Der afflyves ca. 3 500 flyvetimer samlet pr. år for T-17 flytypen. Det vil blive tillagt vægt, hvis tilbudsgiver etablerer sig på HWKAR.
