Kort beskrivelse:
The tenderer must provide, manage and administrate mechanical support for the units in Afghanistan. The provided staff will be working in a Danish, allied camp or similar under Danish or allied management. The mechanics must be able to perform all maintenance and carry out repairs on vehicles, A/C, generators including fan heaters mainly diesel injection, air-conditioning, geländewagen, Mercedes or similar, VW minibus or similar, MAN/IVECO trucks or similar and PMV G3, common wear and tear of capacities, trucks and auxiliary machinery, ATV, containers and vehicle washing facilities. The abovementioned is not considered adequate.

The tenderer must in the period from 1st of August 2012 to the 1st of August 2014 take over the running of the PX-shop in ISAF in Camp Bastion and MOB Price in Afghanistan. The Danish customer base makes up about 700 soldiers. Furthermore, Camp Bastion is base for approximately 2 000 soldiers from among others UK and USA. The product line must consist of daily requirements.

Documentation for present public liability insurance or a promise from an insurance company that the tenderers work can be insured. The tenderer is obligated to be insured before signing the contract with the orderer.
The economic operators last 3 years Financial Reports officially audited with the solvency ratio calculated.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The economic operators solvency ratio must be 10 % or more to qualify. Solvency ratio must be calculated as follows: equity/total assets * 100.
If the tenderer is not able to present a valid documentation, he will be disqualified.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
List of the most significant deliveries of merchandise and manpower services performed and delivered within the last 3 years shall be presented with specification of amounts and dates, and whether it is a public or a private recipient.
Mindstekrav til niveauet: At minimum 2 comparable jobs of minimum 4 months duration.
