DTU Nanolab is the Danish National Centre for Nanofabrication and Characterization. DTU Nanolab offers access, services and expertise in the area of micro and nanofabrication to academia and industry. The scope of this project is the expansion of the cleanroom for nanofabrication. The current DTU Nanolab is a state-of-the-art micro and nanofabrication facility of 1.300 m2. A total of around 400 users from DTU, other Danish universities and industry share the facility.

The Danish National Program for Research Infrastructure has accepted the Nanometer Lithography application by DTU-Danchip, Danish Technological Institute, and collaborators. Through this grant we have got funding for a laser micromachining tool, to be installed at the DTU Danchip facility where it will become an integral part of our processing capabilities.
