Technical University of Denmark

DTU Fotonik is equipping a range of newly built laboratories in a new building which will be opening in August 2016. These laboratories will host a major part of the research carried out at our Department, thus substantially increasing the capabilities and capacity of the research groups at the Department.
In connection with this, we are requesting proposals for 13 optical tables and a larger single-surface table assembly. All tables should be vibrationally damped, and mechanically isolated from the floor and surroundings.

During the stand still period a complaint was made to the Danish Complaint Board. On the basis of the complaint DTU has reviewed the tender material as well as the assessment and evaluation process anew in corporation with our attorney. This review has led to the conclusion that the tender material contains unintended wordings of the specifications and that the evaluation and assessment contains inaccuracies. Thus DTU has decided to annul the tender procedure. A new tender procedure will be started up as soon as the tender material has been revised.
