The Contract is for the delivery of a Sea Water Cooling System to the Contracting Entity for the Project SKV40 New Turbine at Skærbækværket.
The Sea Water Cooling System comprises a new approximately 25m long DN2400 pipe connec-tion to an existing DN2800 sub ground sea water cooling pipe and approximately 25000 m3/h sea water for a new turbine plant shall be filtered and pumped in booster pumps before being led to the new SKV40 turbine sea water cooled condenser in the nearby turbine building. The Con-tractor will have the overall responsibility of the Sea Water Cooling System and consequently the scope will include Engineering (e.g. process, hydraulic, static) and project management of the Contract.
The supply must in its entirety comprise all components and services within the supply limits which are necessary for the plant to comply with the functional requirements stated in the tender documents.

Applicant’s are encouraged to submit references demonstrating experience with supply of major sea water cooling applications as well as similar large water transport system from 2013 to Prequalifica-tion Deadline.

Applicants are encouraged to include the following information for each reference:

- Project name

- Project location

- Name of customer

- Date of initiation and final delivery (day, month, year)

- A short concise description of the deliveries including description of Applicants’ role and responsibility in the project.

Mindstekrav til niveauet:

The Applicant must have at least 1 (one) reference showing past experience in providing large (more than 6.000 m3/h) sea water cooling plants or similar water transport and handling systems.

Objektive kriterier for udvælgelse af det begrænsede antal ansøgere:

If the number of Applicants applying for prequalification exceeds the number set out above, prequalification will be based on an evaluation of the following:

Evaluation of the Applicants Economic and Finansial capacity will be based on assesment of:

(a) Capital structure, in prioritized order consisting of Order amount to equity, Solvency ratio, and (i)Debt to equity and (ii) debt to earnings

(b) Liquidity, in prioritized order consisting of Current ratio (current assets / current liabilities), Change in net working capital (change in inventory and change in trade receivables subtracting change in trade payables) (based on both signed and approved annual reports)

(c) The following three criteria has the same weight: Profitability, Current ratio (the oldest of the two latest signed and approved annual reports), Profitability (the oldest of the two latest signed and approved annual reports).

Experience: The Applicant’s experience will be based on the information submitted and will be an overall assessment taking into account similarity to the Scope of Goods.

QHSE: The evaluation wil be an assesment of the information submitted on the applicant QHSE managementssystems including as assesment of whether the applicants has a certified or non-certified QHSE-managements systems in place.
