DRS has the following minimum requirements concerning the tenderer’ economical and financial standing:
• the tenderer must have a general yearly turnover of at least EUR 1 000 000 in each of the last two (2) completed financial years,
• the tenderer must have a positive equity in each the latest two (2) completed financial years.
The tenderer must fill in the two specifications to the above mentioned minimum requirements in the following fields in the ESPD, Part IV B: ‘General yearly turnover’ and ‘Financial ratio’.

DRS has the following minimum requirements concerning the Tenderer’ technical and professional ability:
• the tenderer must provide a minimum of 2 references for each of the last 2 years showing experience with comparable services (4 references in total),
‘Comparable services’ means deliveries of plastic sacks or plastic bags comparable in broad sense to the Plastic Sacks subject to this Tender.
• Each of the submitted references must contain the following:
1) A description of the reference including a description of why the reference concerns a comparable services;
2) Date and time of delivery;
3) The customer (including name of contact person, telephone number and email address).
