The background to this invitation to tender is DRS's obligation to collect “Beverage Packaging” from Customers having subscribed with DRS. The procedure comprises the supply of pallet boxes including feet as set out in the definition in the tender conditions Section 1 as well as separate Feet. DRS uses the pallet boxes for collection at the individual customers of intact compacted “Beverage Packaging” consisting exclusively of compacted aluminium cans and compacted 1-way plastic bottles. The “Beverage Packaging” are collected at the customers in the pallet boxes, which are placed either directly on the floor in the bottle room or in other back premises, including outdoor, before collection. The detailed requirements and DRS’s use of the pallet boxes are described in the specification of requirements which is a part of the tender documents.

On conclusion of the Framework Agreement, DRS guarantees to the supplier that it will place orders for a total of 10 200 pallet boxes in a total of 3 successive deliveries consisting of 3 400 Boxes each year. The 3 deliveries are split up into 2 deliveries of 1 700 pallet boxes per year to DRS, Baldersbuen 1, 2640 Hedehusene, Denmark or Lundagervej 43, 8723 Løsning, Denmark. However, the guaranteed order is conditional upon a positive test evaluation, see Clause 8 of the Framework Agreement. In addition to the guaranteed order for a total of 10 200 Pallet Boxes, DRS has an option to place orders for additional up to 9 000 Pallet Boxes on the terms regulated in Clause 8.2 of the Framework Agreement. There is no guarantee that DRS will exercise its option for additional supplies, whether in whole or in part. The individual orders under the option

Betingelser for deltagelse
Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
DRS has the following minimum requirements concerning the tenderer’ economical and financial standing:
— the tenderer must have a positive equity in the latest financial year,
— the tenderer must have a specific yearly turnover of at least 1 600 000 EUR from comparable services in each of the last 2 completed financial years.
“Comparable services” means customization/production of pallet boxes or storage boxes in similar materials as the pallet boxes covered by this tender procedure for the use in production facilities. The tenderer must fill in the 2 specifications to the abovementioned minimum requirements in the following fields in the ESPD, Part IV B: “Specific yearly turnover” and “Financial ratio”.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
DRS has the following minimum requirements concerning the tenderer’s technical and professional ability:
— the tenderer must provide a minimum of 2 references for each of the last 2 years showing experience with comparable services. “Comparable services” means customization/production of pallet boxes or storage boxes in similar materials as the pallet boxes covered by this tender procedure for the use in production facilities,

1) A description of the reference including a description of why the reference concerns a comparable services;
2) Date and time of delivery;

The rules concerning deadlines for review procedures are found in the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement Act (Act No 593 of 2.6.2016) available at www.retsinformation.dk
