ARC will establish and operate an ARC sorting facility as a centre for innovation, knowledge and green growth within the resource and waste area.

Under this call for tenders, the contracting authority wishes to receive bids for lead consultancy services in conjunction with the establishment of a building for a sorting facility at Kraftværksvej 31, with related facilities for employees and workshops.
In conjunction with planning, project design and execution of the new sorting facility, an agreement will be established with a lead consultant for the construction of the building.
The lead consultant will be represented by a project/project design manager who will represent the consultant in relation to the client in all matters concerning the consulting service according to the provisions in the contract.
The lead consultant undertakes planning, project design, construction management, project follow-up, technical inspection and health and safety matters.
The consultants’ services are in accordance with the service descriptions for Building and Construction 2018, published by FRI and the Danish Association of Architectural Firms, with the supplementary remarks specified in the project description, which refer to the capital headings from the service descriptions.

The contract includes an option for the contracting authority to request additional consultancy services regarding adjustments of the extent or appliance of the building or similar services linked to the building of the sorting facility which are not covered by the consultant's services, cf. section 4.1 of the agreement.
The additional consultancy services will be paid for on the basis of the time spent, with application of the hourly rates offered in the tender.
The option can be exercised to a maximum fee of 750 000 DKK excluding VAT.

8) The contracting authority intends to award the contract based on the revised tenders. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to conduct further negotiations with the tenderers;
9) The contracting authority will not pay remuneration to the tenderers for participation in the negotiation procedure.
10) The contracting authority has chosen not to divide the contract into lots, cf. Section 49 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, due to the contracting authority's administration of the contract.
