Amager Ressourcecenter I/S (ARC) in cooperation with Municipality of Copenhagen intends to establish a new test facility for sorting metal, plastic and other types of waste. The facility is to be established in an existing building located on Kraftvaerksvej 27, 2300, Copenhagen S.
The contract is a turnkey contract and includes all works including all machine parts for a fully commissioned facility. When completed, the works shall be fit for the purposes for which the works are intended as defined in the Contract.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
Every tender must have a positive net capital within the last revised financial year. Further, every tender must have valid professional risk indemnity insurance.
Tenderers must provide these information in eESPD part IV B 4 and 5.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
Every tender must as a minimum have 3 relevant references within the last three years. Relevant references are references from installation of similar test facility or sorting plant.
In Part IV C 1b tenderers must provide information about relevant references. Tenderers must provide at least 3 references in the eESPD.

Before awarding the contract, ARC will contact the tender, which ARC intends to award the contract, for final documentation.
The tender must within a certain deadline submit final documentation as evidence for the absence of ground of exclusion as referred to in point 8.3 in the Commercial conditions, and final documentation as evidence for fulfilment of the criteria for economic and financial standing as referred to in point 8.4 in the Commercial conditions.

In relation to final documentation for the absence of ground of exclusion, ARC will accept the production of an extract from the relevant register, such as judicial records or, failing that, of an equivalent document issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority in the Member State or country of origin or the country where the tender is established showing the absence of ground of exclusion. For a Danish tender with a Danish Board, the evidence will constitute of a service attest from the Danish Business Authority.
