Construction monitoring as a support to Femern's construction management team, including reviews of the contractors plans, spot checks on site, audit participation and participation in site progress meetings. 9. Production of background reports on concrete and associated products for advanced civil engineering projects in the fields of durability, material and execution subjects, including monitoring technology. The supplier shall function as the owner's — Femern A/S — external laboratory and shall work under Femern A/S's survelliance and according to orders from Femern A/S. Femern A/S expects the supplier to deliver services of first class professional quality and performed with the utmost promptness, diligence and efficiency as well as in accordance with the best knowledge in the technical field and relevant industry. The Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link will have a total length of approximately 20 km and will link the Danish Island Lolland with the German Island Fehmarn through a tunnel. The link will carry a 4 lane motorway and 2 emergency lanes and a 2 track railway.
