TP 82 The Vigerslev Substation

Banedanmark requests the contractor to make a detailed design, delivery and commissioning of a new 25 kV railway substation Vigerslev in the Copenhagen area.
The existing Vigerslev substation is situated where the new railway line Copenhagen-Ringsted will run, thus necessitating a new substation. Caused by a high load on the substation and no alternative power supply, the old station must be kept in operation during construction. Both stations must be operating in parallel until all tests on the new station have been concluded.
The work consists of all necessary activities related to the establishment of the new Vigerslev substation including:
— design and build a complete 25 kV railway substation,
— test and commissioning,
— removal, delivery and extension of 25 kV cable system from old substation/railway transformers to new substation.
Optional:
— establishing an additional high voltage feeding cable in public road to a new feeding point between Vigerslev and Hvidovre Fjern stations.
The new substation shall be designed for 1x25 kV 50 Hz AC. It consists of an indoor switchgear of two (2) incoming feeders, eight (8) outgoing feeders and two (2) sectionizing cells, complete with protection and control systems, remote control, low voltage auxiliary systems, batteries etc.
All necessary tests and commissioning are to be included.
All high voltage cables and signaling cables between existing 132/25 kV transformers and existing railway substation shall be exchanged by new cables.
All high voltage feeder cables and signaling cables between existing railway substation and feeder poles shall be relocated to the new railway substation either by new cables or with extension of existing cables.
The existing railway substation shall be in service until the new one are fully tested and put into service. A provisional high voltage cable shall be laid between the two substations to secure redundancy during removal of cables.
Existing railway transformers and demolishing of existing Vigerslev substation are not a part of this contract.

The new line Copenhagen-Ringsted project intends to invite 4-6 applicants to tender. If there are more than 6 applicants, Banedanmark will undertake prequalification based on references from comparable assignments. The selection will be based on finansial capacity. Description of relevant references for 25 kV cable system in public road, and skills to handle substation for delivery, test and commissioning of railwaypower substation. The preferred referencies are not older than 5-10 years. The tender material will be in english, but Contract Conditions, some background material, including for example geotechnical reports may be in danish. Contractors' technical material must be written in English or Danish. Tenderers must translate tender documentss and other relevant documents themselves. The application can be submitted electronically, on CD/DVD or USB. Tender documents are expected made available about 25.9.2013 IV.3.5) Language(s) in which tenders or requests to participate may be drawn up Official EU language(s): DA, EN, SV Other: Norwigian, Swedish.

Kontraktens udførelse
