TP 50 earth and construction work stretches from St. 31+152, with the contract boundary being at the southern abutment of S-BRA-07, OP of Lille Syd, and ends at St. 54+200
This package covers the last 23 km of the new line Copenhagen – Ringsted. More about TP50 please notice following link http://www.bane.dk/visModulbeholder.asp?artikelID=18049 />It includes bridge structures, as well as roads, fauna passages, retaining walls and embankments up to and included first layer of sub ballast. Also a number of roads will have to be either, relocated or reconstructed.
The earthwork at the alignment includes both local earth balances as well as total earth balance.
Special attentions should be paid to the crossing of M20 Vestmotorvejen and close to or across the existing main railway line Copenhagen – Ringsted, which could give rise to challenges during construction.
Foundations for the mast of the catenary system are included in this package.
Crossing pipes for railway utilities are included in this package.
The overall earth balance for this tender package has been designed by Banedanmark. The Contractor shall make a detailed design for the earth handling within the contract limit.

Banedanmark wants to involve and coorperate with the contractor about the design and planning to incorporate the contractors experience. Tender material will comprise 3D model as basis for the contractors design.The new line Copenhagen - Ringsted project intends to invite 4-6 applicants to tender. If there are more than 6 applicants, Banedanmark will undertake prequalification based on references from comparable assignments. The selection will be based on finansial capacity, references and skills to handle 3D modellering. The tender material will be in english, but Contract Conditions, some background material, including for example geotechnical reports may be in danish. Contractors technical material must be written in English or Danish. Tenderers must translate tender documentss and other relevant documents themselves. The application can be submitted electronically, on CD/DVD or USB. Tender documents are expected made available about 01.11.2013

Description of relevant references for railway and road

bridges, e.g. concrete or steel structures across majer trunk roads, motorways, major waterways or similar. The preferred referencies are not older than 10-15 years. EN Standard form 05 - Contract notice – utilities 7 / 15 Usage of 3D modeling is a requirement at this project. EN Standard form 05 - Contract notice – utilities 7 / 15 The client provides deliveries in 3D and expects 'as built' documentation as 3D models from the contractor.

Further details about file formats, principles for detailing and usage of software are to be discussed and agreed during contract negotiations, while the general requirements concerning 3D modeling are included in the tender documents. During the process, and at agreed intervalsthese models should be delivered to the client for comments.

Requirements for 3D models are primarily related to generating a well-defined geometry, which must be delivered in agreed CAD formats, based on function and properties of the structures. The application must contain a description of the applicant's design tools and workflows and the approach to 3D modeling of the structures included in the tender. It is an advantage to include examples from previous projects.

The Contractor are committed to execute the contract close to the railway track, all the while the railway tracks are in service. For this reason the Contractor have to comply the regulation about railway safety.

Kontraktens udførelse
