This design and build contract comprise these constructions: N-RE-05, Trough and retaining wall before Soender Ringvej, N-RE-06, Trough and retaining wall after Soender Ringvej, N-BRO-05, Flyover of Soender Ringvej, N-BRA-03, Underpass of Broendbyvej, N-RE-07, Supporting wall before Vallensbaek Torvevej, N-RE-08, Supporting wall after Vallensbaek Torvevej, N-BRO-06, Flyover of Vallensbaek Torvevej, N-TU-03, Underpass of Horsestien, N-RE-09, Retaining wall before Horsestien, N-RE-10, Retaining wall after Horsestien, N-BRO-07, Flyover of Vejlegaardsvej.
Under the execution Soender Ringvej, Vallensbaek Torvevej and Vejlegaardsvej must be partially open, and Vallensbaek Torvevej and Vejlegaardsvej can not be executed at the same time.
Only the necessary/possible drainage and earth works for the constructions and eventual earth works and relocation of Broendbyvej is included.
The contract includes above mentioned construction works and is tendered as design and build contract with negotiated procedures.
The overall procedure for the negotiation will be stated in the tender documents.

Fristen for modtagelse af bud var på 2012-01-06.
