Københavns Kommune har igennem de seneste år tilbudt skolemadsordningen EAT til elever på de fleste Københavnske folkeskoler. Ordningen fungerer således, at maden færdiglaves og udportioneres i køkkener ude på skolerne. EAT er et gennemført koncept, som både æstetisk og kulinarisk skal holde en høj standard.
