The National Agency for IT and Learning wishes to enter into a contract on remotely managed private cloud for its OpenStack environment, including services as upgrades, updates and security patches, support, monitoring, error correction and consultancy services. The National Agency for IT and Learning will be responsible for the management of the guests and the hardware in the OpenStack environment.
