The Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (hereinafter ‘EIFO’) is launching a call for tender with the aim of establishing a framework agreement with a supplier in the environmental and social sectors throughout the countries of EIFO’s operations.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide support to the projects of EIFO, concerning:
1) Environmental and social due diligence and monitoring;
2) Competences and staff;
3) Training and workshops with the purpose of providing EIFO staff with the expertise needed;
4) Small ad hoc tasks relating to environmental and social issues;
5) EU-Taxonomy Assessments; and
6) Other ESG services

According to Act No 953 2.6.2016 (Lov om Klagenævnet for Udbud m.v.), complaints must be submitted to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 45 calendar days after the contracting entity has published a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union that the contracting entity has concluded a contract. The deadline is calculated from the day after the day on which the notice has been published. No later than at the same time as a complaint is submitted to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the complainant must inform the contracting entity in writing that a complaint is being submitted to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement and whether the complaint has been submitted during the standstill period, cf. Section 6(4) of the Act. In cases where the complaint has not been filed during the standstill period, the complainant must also state whether the complaint is to be given suspensive effect, cf. Section 12(1) of the Act.
