The Applicant must have completed a minimum of 3 references, which satisfies the following conditions:
1) Two or more references shall refer to the supply of a complete baghouse filter system with injection of absorbent for abatement of HCl and SO2 at a waste-to-energy plant with incineration of sewage sludge and/or municipal solid waste and/or commercial and industrial waste, and with a flue gas flow of minimum 10,000 Nm3/h (dry basis). The work must include design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
2) One or more references shall refer to the supply of a complete baghouse filter system with injection of Sodium Bicarbonate for abatement of HCl and SO2 at a waste-to-energy plant or another thermal energy plant. The work must include design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
3) The project references must have been put into commercial operation in the EU, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland or the United Kingdom within the last 15 years. In other words, the commercial commissioning of the facility must have taken place after 15/09/2008.
4) The Participant must have been the main supplier of the technology and designer of the complete baghouse filter system.

Specific information on the deadline(s) for lodging complaints: In accordance with Danish Act no. 593 of June 2, 2016, on the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the following complaint deadlines apply in relation to the conduct of procurement:
Complaints about not being pre-qualified must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 20 calendar days from the day following the day on which the Contracting Authority has dispatched a notification to the affected applicants indicating who has been pre-qualified, provided that the notification includes a brief account of the relevant grounds for the decision, cf. clause 7(1) of the law.
Complaints about the award of the contract must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 45 days after the Contracting Authority has published a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union that the Contracting Authority has entered into a contract.
No later than concurrently with lodging a complaint with the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the complainant must inform the Contracting Authority in writing that a complaint is being lodged with the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and whether the complaint is lodged during the standstill period, cf. clause 6(4) of the law.
