As a minimum requirement, it is required that the tenderer must document completed analysis performance of water and/or wastewater treated effluent for micropollutants (including PFAS) and heavy metals. The collected completed analysis performance most have generated a turnover of at least DKK 2 million within the last three years. The documentation provided should specify the analysed micropollutants and heavy metals.

Pursuant to the Act on the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the following deadlines apply for submitting a complaint: A complaint against a public procurement procedure must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 45 calendar days after the Contracting Authority has published a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union stating that the Contracting Authority has entered into a contract. The deadline is calculated from the day following the day on which the notice was published.
When a complaint is submitted to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the complainant must no later than at the same time inform the Contracting Authority in writing that the complaint has been submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and whether the complaint was submitted during the standstill period, cf. section of the Complaints Board Act 6 (4). In cases where the complaint has not been lodged during the standstill period, the complainant must also indicate whether a request is made for suspensive effect of the complaint, cf. section 12(1) of the Complaints Board Act.
