MS has initiated an activity to design, tender, purchase, configure, test and place in daily operation a new Maintenance Management System. The new MMS shall host all MS Assets and related maintenance activities in future M1-2-3-4 Operation & Maintenance Contract as the existing MMS used by MS goes-end-of-life by 2027. MS seeks to fundamentally recalibrate its Maintenance Management Regime compared with how it is deployed today. The recalibration shall take MS onto a path towards “World Class Maintenance Excellence” and MS therefore expect this initiative will impact across a wide range of Maintenance Management related topics, from technical structures and disciplines onto organizational and contractual aspects. MS is therefore tendering for an Consultant within MMS and WCM consultancy services for the entire journey to ensure the desired recalibration to take best possible effect. The project is expected to be ongoing in sprints from contract signatures early H1-2024 up until the new MMS has undergone its first revision after being placed in production by late 2027, early 2028. The consultancy services within MMS and WCM includes (but is not necessarily limited to): • Planning • Execution • Quality assurance • Stakeholder involvement • Coordination with MS project management Please refer to Scope of Works (CM-MS-PROJ-230033-TEN-DOC-0006) for a more detailed description of the services included in the MMS-WCM consultant contract.

Positive Equity for the last 3 available financial years: The tenderer must submit a completed version of the European Single Procurement Document for each of the lots (ESPD, including Part IV), section B, including the following: Equity for the last 3 available financial year. The information regarding the financial capacity of the tenderer must be submitted in the ESPD. If a tender is submitted by a consortium or joint venture, an ESPD containing the above mentioned financial and economic information must be submitted for each participant in the consortium or joint venture. Information on equity should also be submitted in a separate ESPD for the supporting entity on whom the tenderer relies economically and financially. If the tenderer relies on supporting entity (or entities) to meet the minimum requirement for equity, the equity for the supporting entity should be submitted. The equity for the tenderer and the supporting entity will be added and the combined equity for the tenderer and the supporting entity must be positive in the last 3 available financial years, c.f. the minimum requirement below. If the tenderer is a consortium or joint venture the total equity for the consortium/joint venture must be positive in the last 3 available financial years, c.f the minimum requirement below. If the tenderer relies on another economic entity (supporting entity) for fulfillment of the economic and financial requirements, the supporting entity must submit a declaration of support. Template for declaration of support is included in the tender documents. Minimum requirements: Equity: o The tenderer´s equity must be positive in the last 3 available financial years. Ratio of liquidity: o The tenderer must have a solvency ratio of at least 30% in the last available financial year.

The seven (7) years are calculated from completion date to the date for publication of the contract notice (12.12.2023). With "similar" Metroselskabet understands delivery of consultancy services within MMS and WCM as a similar type as the type requested in the tender documents and of a similar or larger economic size. The references must submit the following information in the ESPD section C: o Short description of the project including the consulting service that the consultant was responsible for in the project. o The date for start of the project. o The date for completion of the project. o The economic size of the contract (in DKK). o The name and contact information for the client.
