The vision of NGC is to create a foundation for the development of a more precise diagnosis, targeted treatment and strengthened research within the Danish healthcare system. The core mission of the NGC is to establish and operate a state-of-the-art and secure national infrastructure for personalised medicine in cooperation with the Regions and universities.
NGC routinely performs Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and subsequent bioinformatics analysis of samples from the regional healthcare system. Several patient groups with various diseases have already been enrolled, including cancer patients. To analyse, interpret and aid in treatment decisions, NGC needs an interpretation tool for analysing somatic variants.

NGC routinely performs Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and subsequent bioinformatics analysis of samples from the regional healthcare system. Several patient groups with various diseases have already been enrolled, including cancer patients. For this, NGC needs an interpretation tool for analysing somatic variants. NGC sequences WGS samples at NGC’s sequencing facilities, followed by processing by bioinformatics pipelines developed in-house. After quality control, processed samples are relayed to clinical academics in the regional healthcare system for interpretation and treatment decision(s).

• The Contracts must be in progress, i.e. have passed initial tests and be/have been in use.
• The Contracts must entail a Minimum of 10 simultaneous users.
• The references must not be more than 3 years old from application date.

5.2.1 Minimum level for economic and financial standing
It is described below which minimum levels for economic and financial suitability are applicable for this tender. The Tenderer must meet the following requirements:
• The average turnover in the last three audited financial years must be minimum 2.500.000 Euro per year
• The average profit margin in the last three audited financial years must be minimum 0 (zero) and
• The solvency ratio in the last audited financial year must be minimum 0 (zero).
