The rerouting project will consist of approximately the establishment of 27 km new 30" Gas transmission pipeline, 3 L/V stations, and 2 M/R stations. Further to the establishment of new infrastructure, the project will also be responsible for the removal of up to 25 km of the existing 30" Gas transmission pipeline, 4 L/V stations and 2 M/R stations. See section 7 of Risk and Insurance Information.

The procurement covers Construction/Erection All Risks insurance incl. Marine Cargo, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability insurance (TPL) and involves the following lots:

Lot 1

Onshore Construction/Erection All Risks insurance including, LEG3/06, Marine Cargo, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability insurance (TPL).

Lot details: Construction/Erection incl. Terrorism. Estimated Contract value DKK 912,000,000.

Extended Maintenance period 60 months. LEG3/06 DKK 111,500,000, Marine Cargo (inland transit) DKK 40,000,000+10%, Existing Property DKK 25,000,000. Terrorism DKK 111,500,000, Third-Party Liability DKK 100,000,000 and further sums/limits according to the document Risk and Insurance Information.

Optional prolongation (discretionary to the awarding entity): Following provisions regarding potential and accumulated extensions of the Primary Insurance Period apply:

1-6 mo. granted automatically with no AP.

7-12 mo. granted automatically with AP xxx o/oo per mo. of the insured TCV as defined in the "Tender Reply Slip".

13 mo. and beyond: Subject to review and monthly rate to be negotiated.

Optional prolongation is discretionary to the contracting authority and the extensions above on II.2.7 apply, whether or not, a claim has occurred.

Also, there is an optional cover for Contractors Pollution Liability (onshore) DKK 2,000,000 EEO and in the aggregate (please refer to ITT and "Risk and Insurance Information" for further information).

All Tenderers who wish to submit a tender must file a request for participation by submitting the European Single Procurement Document (hereafter ESPD) in accordance with the time limits put forth in the procurement documents. The Tenderer must declare whether the Tenderer is covered by the exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD. To fulfil the suitability criterion "Enrolment in a trade register" in the ESPD, all Tenderers must uphold permission to write insurance risks as specified in this tender by the Danish FSA.
