Development of a new website and visual identity for the North Sea Region Programme 2021-2027. The website will be a multi-site, multi-user platform hosting many project websites. The assignment requires close cooperation with the contracting Authority. It includes website design, wireframing/site architecture, database integration, documentation, training, testing, and deployment as well as support and service maintenance for 2 years, with possibility for extension for up to 8 years in total. The visual identity includes a visual brand guide and a set of graphic products.

The suitability of the tenderer to participate in this tender will be assessed based on 3 to 5 references from the past 4 years, provided by the contractor and documenting the contractor’s experience with:
(a) development and design of websites using the content management system proposed by the contractor for the current tender;
(b) development of brand identity or visual identity;
(c) graphic design.
Point a) must be covered by two references.
The Joint Secretariat may contact referees listed for each reference to verify the delivered services.
In case a subcontractor assumes main responsibility for any of the three competency areas listed above, a corresponding reference from the subcontractor will be used for the suitability assessment.

The suitability of the tenderer to participate in this tender will be assessed based on 3 to 5 references from the past 5 years, provided by the contractor and documenting the contractor’s experience with:
(a) development and design of websites using the content management system proposed by the contractor for the current tender;
(b) development of brand identity or visual identity;
(c) graphic design.

• breaching of obligations in the field of environmental law, social law, and labour law, cf. section 137(1)(1) of the Danish Public Procurement Act;
