Kort beskrivelse:
Ørsted will evaluate the Solution based on the following five criteria.
1. Geometric Modelling and Meshing:
This sub-criteria includes the ability of the software suite to do detailed geometric modelling, graphical integrated meshing and the ability to manually control the details of the mesh when necessary.
2. FE Solver Capabilities:
This sub-criteria includes the ability of the FE engine to run both implicit and explicit time integration analysis with high accuracy and efficiency, capabilities in nonlinear static, transient dynamic, model, flow and coupled analysis, large deformation analysis capabilities via hybrid or meshless methods, detailed and quality contact modelling capabilities via various algorithms.

3. Material and Element Libraries
This sub-criteria includes availability of default material models that are capable of modelling complex non-linear soil and structural response and the ability of these models to work in various analysis types such as implicit, explicit and coupled analyses (where pore fluid/displacement or thermal/displacement etc. may be included). This criterion also includes the extent of available element types for various analysis types.

4. Automation, Integration and Extension Capabilities
This sub-criteria describes the capability of the software to allow automation of the modelling processes via scripts, subroutines codes etc. This also includes the extension capabilities such as allowing the user to implement custom material models, element types, and other low-level functionalities.

5. Training and Documentation
This sub-criteria includes availability and content of the customer support, extent and depth of the documentation, available training, width of the user community and research support.

The assessment regarding the Applicant’s economic and financial capacity will be based upon an overall assessment of the below three areas (in prioritized order):

The evaluation of technical and professional ability (experience) will be based on the information requested in section 3.3 of the Standard Prequalification Notice and will be an overall assessment of the references taking into account:
- Submission of more than three references
- Recent references
- Customers
- Scope
- Responsibility

Applicants shall fill out the eESPD document via the Contracting Entity’s online sourcing platform Ørsted Procurement Portal using the available eESPD-file. The eESPD is a generic application from to be used by Applicants in EU tenders.
