Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
The Tenderer must state the general yearly turnover for the last three audited financial years, and the minimum level for suitability is DKK 7 000 000 for Lot 1; DKK 4 000 000 for Lot 2 and DKK 3 000 000 for Lot 3 calculated as an average of the turnover in the last three financial years.

Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The minimum level for suitability is:
— DKK 7 000 000 for Lot 1 calculated as an average of the turnover in the last three financial years,
— DKK 4 000 000 for Lot 2 calculated as an average of the turnover in the last three financial years,
— DKK 3 000 000 for Lot 3 calculated as an average of the turnover in the last three financial years.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
The Tenderer must give references for comparable contracts for each lot.
By comparable contracts it is understood that the tenderer must:
1) Have delivered similar devices in the last 5 years at a modern synchrotron radiation or other research or manufacturing facilities.
2) Provide at l references for such deliveries as mentioned above. The references should comment on the following points:
— Was the product delivered on time and budget?
— Did it meet the specifications? Perform to specifications? Any complains?
— Did you receive any support after the purchase?
— Was the supplier quick to respond to issues and problems?
— Would you recommend this vendor to deliver similar components to MAX IV?
The references shall include contact information. We reserve the right to contact the referee if further information is needed.
The Tenderer must give references for each lot that the Tenderer wishes to bid on.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The minimum level for suitability is 3 references and references cannot be more than 5 years old for each lot.
