The objective is to get a common data environment and collaboration platform. It will be hosting key project and enterprise data used by several systems in Metroselskabet. The CDE will thereby become a central data store, sharing data between systems used in development, planning, design, construction, and operation phases. The CDE will also deliver key functionality for BIM-collaboration. One of the goals of this project is to implement BIM on a more ambitious maturity level than what is usually seen in Denmark.
The tenderer shall deliver a CDE and related technologies including software licenses and support that will meet the requirements described in Tender Requirements. Metroselskabet (MS) may choose that MS or a MS' supplier or consultants handle all or parts of implementation, development, operation, and maintenance of CDE.
This tender does not include all (BIM) software that MS would ever need for the development and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM). The focus is on the CDE software technology including applications required to support collaboration and basic data management.

For the applicant to be qualified for the tender the applicant must demonstrate experience with similar projects, similar in terms of scope, complexity and conditions.
The application must be accompanied by references for comparable assignments to the one put out to tender.
Each reference may contain a description of the nature of each project, the client, a contact person if available, the financial size of the project, the work performed by the applicant and the timeframe in which the project was carried out.
Comparable reference projects may include the following key features:
(a) experience and competencies in establishing CDE solutions with similar content and magnitude as MS' requirements;
(b) experience with establishing CDE solutions with seamless system-to-system integration - e.g., asset management, document management, case management and data lake systems;
(c) specific customer examples, preferably with reference customers;
(d) experience with CDE solutions within rail/light rail/metro. Where experience in similar industry is better than experience in not similar industry.
The number of references is limited to max 5 and each reference is limit to 3 A4 excluding tables and pictures. The references can maximum be 5 years old, and the references do not have to be on finished projects.
