A tenderer may submit tenders for all the lots the tenderer is prequalified for but can only be awarded lots for which the minimum requirements concerning economic and financial standing is meet. Please note that the numbers will be aggregated if the tenderer is to be awarded more than one lot.
Concerning 1: Equity from the latest annual report must be at least 33.3 % of the expected value of the individual lot for which the applicant wishes to apply. There is no aggregation rule at the pre-qualification stage, however, to be awarded more than one lot the equity must meet the following requirements as also specified in document 20/02068-39, Tender Conditions, section 4.2:
