This lot covers all services not covered by lot 2 (Financial regulation); lot 3 (Oil pipeline infrastructure); lot 4 (Contracts for sale and purchase of gas), lot 5 (GDPR); and lot 6 (Competition law, EU tender law and state aid). However, services directly or indirectly related to M&A transactions or other comparable transactions will always be covered by lot 1 and not any of the individual lots. Thus, if e.g. a merger filing to the relevant competition authorities is needed, the filing shall be prepared by the supplier under lot 1, cf. below in section 8, and not the supplier of lot 6.

• Lot 1: It is a minimum requirement for participation, that the tenderer employs at least 100 lawyers as of 1 January 2020 (in Danish: ‘Advokater’) in offices in Denmark.
• Lot 1-6: It is a minimum requirement for participation that a majority of the tenderer’s employees carrying out the tasks covered by each of the lots are fluent in the Danish language and are registered at the Danish Bar and Law Society.

The contracting entity reserves the right during negotiations to nominate a short list of tenderers for additional negotiations. The short list will be comprised of the tenderers whose tenders (BAFOs) at the time are considered the most economically advantageous pursuant to the award criteria. With reference to ‘II.1.5) Estimated total value’ and ‘II.2.6) Estimated value’: The estimated yearly spend for all entities who can make call offs under the Framework Agreement is DKK 50 000 000. The estimated yearly spend is based on among other things historical data and our expectations to the future. The estimated total amount is indicative, and the aggregated purchases made under the Framework Agreement may vary from the estimated total amount. Unforeseen circumstances might occur if for instance new projects, strategic changes or new needs arise. Therefore, the contracting entity has decided to also include an envisaged total maximum amount. The envisaged total maximum amount for all entities who can make call offs under the Framework Agreement is DKK 200 000 000.

The contracting entity reserves the right during negotiations to nominate a short list of tenderers for additional negotiations. The short list will be comprised of the tenderers whose tenders (BAFOs) at the time are considered the most economically advantageous pursuant to the award criteria. With reference to ‘II.1.5) Estimated total value’ and ‘II.2.6) Estimated value’: The estimated yearly spend for all entities who can make call offs under the framework agreement is DKK 50 000 000. The estimated yearly spend is based on among other things historical data and our expectations to the future. The estimated total amount is indicative, and the aggregated purchases made under the framework agreement may vary from the estimated total amount. Unforeseen circumstances might occur if for instance new projects, strategic changes or new needs arise. Therefore, the Contracting Entity has decided to also include an envisaged total maximum amount. The envisaged total maximum amount for all entities who can make call offs under the framework Agreement is DKK 200 000 000.
