The suppliers shall provide personnel in the form of temporary staff for Ørsted’s offshore wind farms or future offshore wind farms in Germany. The supplied temporary staff will be employed by the supplier and made available to Ørsted as consultants on an ad-hoc basis.

1) experience with Windfarm projects in Germany,
2) experience with Windfarm projects in EU,
3) experience with Windfarm projects in general.

To the extent permissible by national law and in the event that a tenderer disagrees with a decision made by the contracting entity in the tender procedure, the tenderer should initiate summary proceedings against this decision by issuing a writ of summons within 20 calendar days after the date of the decision. This term is to the extent permissible by national law a peremptory time limit. This means that, if the tenderer does not initiate summary proceedings within the term of 20 calendar days, the tenderer forfeits its rights to contest the decision of the contracting entity. The contracting entity is in such case free to execute its decision. In addition, the tenderer is in such case also forfeits any right to claim damages as a result of the decision of the contracting entity.
