Økonomisk og finansiel stilling: The applicant's equity has been positive in each of the past 2 financial years.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
The contracting entity will pre-qualify five tenderers.
The selection takes place based on the information provided by the applicant in the ESPD.
The tenderers will be selected from among compliant and qualified applicants. The selection will be based on an assessment of the applicant's financial qualifications and the applicant's references, with the main importance being attached to the applicant's references. In the assessment of the applicant's references, importance will be attached to the references documenting experience with supply electric buses of roughly the same size and complexity over the past 5 years.

In the selection process, the contracting entity attaches special importance to the applicant being able to document, via references, experience with the following:
— supply of electric buses of roughly similar sizes (same quantity or larger and preferably the same bus types);
— similar charging method i.e. depot charging.
References from northern Europe (or similar climates) are weighted higher than references from southern Europe (or similar climates). For example, there are other requirements for rust protection in the Nordic climate (and/or coastal), weather conditions have an impact on, for example, range, etc.

The applicant has minimum three ongoing or concluded references regarding supply of electric buses for city bus services with a value of minimum DKK 30 million per reference within the past 5 years.
The references must contain information about:
— a statement that the value of the contract exceeds DKK 30 million;
— the other contracting party;
— the applicant's role and performances under the supply;
— the time for performance of the assignment.
Kontraktens udførelse
Krav om deponering og sikkerhedsstillelse:
The supplier is obliged to take out professional product liability insurance and maintain such insurance throughout the term of the contract. The insurance must provide cover of up to minimum DKK 30 million per claim and DKK 60 million per insurance year.
