The tender concerns a framework agreement on the supply of printed books throughout the SDU.
Due to the expiration of an agreement (for University Library of Southern Denmark), the purpose of this tender will be SDU's total purchase of printed books.
Therefore, the final contract will assist the customer to meet SDU's need for the purchase of printed books. SDU's total book purchase of printed books in 2019 was approx. DKK 3 450 000.
It is vital for the customer that the suppliers in their offers are aware of the division into lots. The suppliers may submit one (1) tender per lot.
The suppliers should also be aware of SDU's wishes for quality and fulfillment of the UN's World Goals, as set out in the Specification of Requirements sections 2 and 3. In this context, it should be pointed out that the suppliers' fulfillment of the wishes is highly weighted, and it provides a high score in the evaluation, if the wishes can be fulfilled.

Exact information on the deadline for complaints: According to LBK No 593 of 2 June 2016 on the Act of the Appeals Board for tenders, the following deadlines apply in relation to the execution of tenders: complaints about not being prequalified must be submitted to the appeals board for tenders by 20 calendar days from the day following the day on which the contracting authority sent a notification to the applicants concerned of who has been prequalified if the notification has provided a brief statement of the relevant reasons for the decision, cf. section 7 (3) of the Act. 1. Complaints about the award of the contract must be submitted to the Appeals Board within 45 days after the contracting authority publishes a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union that the contracting authority has concluded a contract. Complaints in connection with the conclusion of a framework agreement must be filed within 6 months from the day after the day on which the contracting authority has notified the applicants and tenderers concerned. Not later than when a complaint is submitted to the appeals board for tenders, the complainant must notify the contracting authority in writing that the complaint is lodged with the appeals board for tenders, and whether the complaint has been filed during the standstill period, cf. section 6 (3) of the Act. 4. In cases where the complaint is not filed during the standstill period, the complainant must also state whether the suspensive effect of the complaint is sought, cf. section 12 (2) of the Act. 1. At the same time as filing a complaint, a complaint fee of DKK 20 000 must be paid to the complaints board for tender.
