The scope for this project is that the consultant firm shall enable MS with the capabilities, digital solutions, and the expertise, experience, knowledge and support so the pilot projects and the next Metro and light rail projects can be carried out at the desired BIM level. The scope also includes the purpose and goals, all commercial requirements and the change management task (such as implementation, education, roles and responsibilities), the BIM roadmap, standards and BIM processes in order to carry out the next metro and light rail projects in UK BIM Maturity Level 3. In this project, the consultant firm shall provide a time schedule with all expected phases, deliveries and detailed scope description of the pilot project.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence: References:
— the consulting firm will be evaluated on demonstrating experience
with similar BIM implementation projects similar in terms of scope, complexity and conditions for implementation,
and competencies in building information modelling, commercial requirements (BEP, EIR, execute order 118 (IKT)), change management, competency development, organizational structure development, implementation strategies, education plans/education/training of employees, communication plan, risk management and classification configuration as well as analysis functions,
— the consulting firm will be evaluated on have identified customer examples, preferably with reference customers,
— the consulting firm will be evaluated on
demonstrating experience with implementing BIM and ISO standards related to BIM/GIS/asset management including education and mature an organization to a high BIM level and subsequent process and IT solution,
demonstrate experience in the building/construction/transport/communications/utilities sector and transport industry, and ideally within rail/light rail/metro. Where experience in similar industry is better than experience in not similar industry,
— the consulting firm is expected to have knowledge of the conditions for large infrastructure projects, including the current procurement rules/Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament
References similar is evaluated higher than references where only parts are similar is evaluated higher than references where only minor elements are similar.
The number of references is limited to max. 5 and each reference is limited to 3 A4 excluding tables and pictures.
Each point will be evaluated on a scale from 0-8 where 8 is best. The average score is the score the applicant is evaluated on.
