— the consulting firm will be evaluated on have identified customer examples, preferably with reference customers,
— the consulting firm will be evaluated on demonstrating experience with implementing BIM and ISO standards related to BIM/GIS/asset management including education and mature an organization to a high BIM level and subsequent process and IT solution,
— the consulting firm will be evaluated on demonstrate experience in the building/construction/transport/communications/utilities sector and transport industry, and ideally within rail/light rail/metro. Where experience in similar industry is better than experience in not similar industry,
— the consulting firm is expected to have knowledge of the conditions for large infrastructure projects, including the current procurement rules/Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament

— complaints about not being selected must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Invitation to Tender within 20 calendar days from the day after sending a notification to the affected applicants about who has been selected, cf. Section 7(1) of the Pursuant to Act No 593 of 2.6.2016 on the Complaints Board for Procurement,
