This lot covers services in the area of graphic design of EEA products based on corporate design guidelines. Services may be required for the development of designs for new products, or for existing products for which content is already produced. The contractor must be able to carry out all technical tasks related to graphic design, such as research into and analysis of design projects, development of conceptual design proposals and creative ideas, development and layout of final products, based on existing content and design guidelines, provision of access to photographs and images, for example via image banks, if and when required, etc.

The contractor must be able to lay out products in Adobe InDesign and produce graphical elements in Adobe Illustrator, in accordance with both EEA corporate style guidelines and standard templates. The contractor must work in the versions of these programs used by the EEA and upgrade to new versions according to future EEA requirements. The EEA will require layout of publications in various languages.

This call for tenders is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons from one of the 33 EEA member countries and to all natural and legal persons established in a third country that has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement.
As proof of eligibility, tenderers must indicate in which country they have their headquarters, registered office or residence, and provide the necessary supporting documents in accordance with their national law. If the tenderer is a natural person, he/she must provide a copy of their identity card/passport or driving license and proof that he/she is covered by a social security scheme as a self-employed person.

Tenders will also be evaluated in terms of their overall quality, completeness and presentation (maximum 3 points)
