Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) wishes to equip each of 4 (four) C130J-30 Super Hercules Aircraft of the Danish Defence with High Frequency (HF) radio systems. The installation of the HF radio systems on board of aircraft is an integral part of the contract. Each installation consists of 2 (two) independent HF radio systems, in a dual redundant architecture, including control panels in the cockpit. The installation of the HF radio system shall be integrated with DALO’s current HF antenna and an additional antenna provided by DALO. DALO will provide a Service Bulletin (SB) from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Marietta, GA, USA, concerning the installation of the additional antenna. The additional HF antenna shall be installed based on the SB. Prior to installation the tenderer shall obtain a TAA (technical assistance agreement) with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Marietta, GA, USA. Otherwise, DALO will not be able to provide relevant SB and technical documentations from Lockheed Martin, due to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Removal of DALO’s existing HF radio system is an integrated part of the contract. Furthermore, DALO wishes to acquire a spare pool of 3 (three) independent HF radio systems, excluding antennas. In total, DALO wishes to acquire 11 (eleven) HF radio systems, where 8 (eight) of them shall be installed in the 4 (four) C-130J-30 Super Hercules aircraft of the Danish Defence, 2 (two) in each aircraft, and 3 (three) delivered to DALO as a spare parts. Furthermore, DALO wishes to acquire spare parts necessary for maintenance of the HF radio systems and repair services on hourly basis for a period of 7 (seven) years after the signature of the contract.
