DAB Transmitting Antenna

DR

DR wants to improve the coverage and high level of resilience of its current DAB network coverage. To achieve this several new sites needs to be implemented and most importantly a subset of these as well as modified existing sites will be high tower/high power sites, which will become the backbone for the new and improved DAB network. For the new sites and for modifying existing sites, new antennas are needed. This tender specifies in further detail the required specifications of this project for supplying and installation of DAB transmitting antenna systems on 16 transmitter sites’ existing tower infrastructure.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
The tenderer must confirm the economic ability in the ESPD part IV.B: “Economic and financial standing” with information from the latest annual report regarding the following economic indicators:
— the tenderer must state the general yearly turnover for the last 3 audited financial years.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The minimum level for suitability is 2 x the contract value of this tender calculated as an average of the turnover in the last 3 financial years.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
As documentation of the applying company’s professional qualifications the tenderer must demonstrate experience with as a minimum three (3) similar deliveries (and a maximum of 5) within the past 3 years prior to the deadline to submit a tender. The applying company must have been main supplier.

The list of references should preferably include a short description of each delivery. The description should also contain information on the date of the deliveries, the size and value of the deliveries, the recipients of the deliveries (specific names/countries are preferred, but not necessary; if no country specific information is included, the applicant is asked to provide as much generic information as possible about the delivery) and services provided in connection with the deliveries (if any).

When specifying the date for the deliveries, the applicant should state the date of commencement and completion. If this is not possible, e.g. because the delivery in question is performed on an ongoing basis according to a Framework Agreement, the description of the deliveries should nonetheless contain information on how the date is set.

If the delivery in question is ongoing, it is only the part of the supplies performed and completed at the time of the deadline for the submission of the tender which will be included in the assessment of the delivery.
