The Contracting Authority wants to purchase four (4) fast-acting ESD valves in total for installation at Nybro Gas Terminal. Hereof one (1) 24” fast-acting ESD valve and three (3) 16” fast-acting ESD valves.
The valves are to be used as a part of a high pressure onshore pipeline and be of fully welded design. All valves shall be designed and manufactured to a design lifetime of 30 years.
The 24” fast-acting ESD valve is to be buried at a depth of minimum 1 m to top of pipeline, while the 3 16” valves are to be installed above ground.

The applicant must submit a completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) to apply for prequalification for this tender procedure. The ESPD for this tender is included in the EU-Supply system and must be filled in online in the system and submitted via My Response. It is possible to create separate ESPDs for each of the entities which the applicant relies on.
Please note:
— an applicant participating on its own, but relying on the capacities of 1 or more other entities (e.g. a parent or sister company or a subcontractor), must ensure that the application includes the applicant's own ESPD together with a separate ESPD from each of the entities it relies on with a completed part II: “Information concerning the economic operator” and part III: “Exclusion grounds” of the ESPD as well as the relevant information regarding part IV: “Selection criteria” and part V: “Reduction of the number of qualified candidates”.
