The Scope of Works shall comprise a complete exchange of the boiler pressure and flue gas parts from above the existing grate and until the fluegas cleaning system. Also included is the removal of disposal of the old boiler parts, as well as all necessary auxiliary systems and all necessary monitoring and measuring points etc.
The new boilers shall fit into the existing buildings and shall be reincorporated with the other existing/remaining systems.
The Supply shall be engineered, delivered, installed, cleaned, tested, commissioned and documented in accordance with the limits specified and be ready for commercial operation. When completed, the supply shall be fit for the purposes for which the supply is intended as defined in the Tender Material.
According to enclosed preliminary contract time schedule engineering shall start January 2019. Construction on site is expected to start 1.4.2020 and the supply shall be ready for 720 h test 1.10.2020

The option shall include an air preheater which shall be capable of preheating the full primary air flow to 130 C. The heating media shall be saturated steam from the steam drum. The option includes steam pipes from the boiler drum and condensate piping from the preheater to the flash tank, as well as all necessary valves, instrumentation and safety equipment.
Inconel underneath refractory:
Option to also clad panel walls with Inconel underneath refractory. This is to ensure that even if there is a failure on the refractory or parts of it has come off, the underlying wall is still protected. The option only applies to refractory covered panels in the first pass (above the throat).
Inconel cladding of superheater pipes:
The options is for delivery of Inconel cladded superheaters in order to ensure long lifetime of the tubes. The options shall furthermore carry a guarantee on the lifetime of the superheaters of no less than 5 years. The type of Inconel used for the cladding is left to the Contractor to decide.

Complaints regarding a candidate not being pre-qualified must be filed with The Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 20 calendar days starting the day after the contracting authority has sent notification to the candidates involved, cf. § 171(2) of of the Danish act on Public Procurement (act No 1564 of 15.12.2015 available at www.retsinformation.dk) or § 7(1) of the Danish Act on The Complaints Board for Public Procurement, provided that the notification includes a short account of the relevant reasons for the decision.
Other complaints must be filed with The Complaints Board for Public Procurement within:
1) 45 calendar days after the contracting authority has published a contract award notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (with effect from the day following the publication date).
2) 30 calendar days starting the day after the contracting authority has informed the tenderers in question, that the contracting authority has entered into a contract based on a framework agreement through reopening of competition or a dynamic purchasing system, provided that the notification includes a short account of the relevant reasons for the decision.
