This Tender procedure is “Negotiated with prior call for competition” under the light regime, and all economic operators who are able to fulfill the minimum requirements can therefore participate. However, the Contracting Entity reserves its right to invite only up to 5 (five) tenderers for each lot, those having obtained the highest score according to the award criteria, to participate in at least one round of negotiations and to submit a revised tender. This means that not all tenderers are invited to participate in negotiations.

This lot covers all services not covered by lot nº 2 to 4, including, but not limited to the following areas of law: banking and finance, capital markets, company law, construction law, antitrust / competition law (incl. state aid), disputes and litigation, energy law, financial regulation, and M and A.

The contracting entity intends to award two (2) suppliers with a Framework Agreement under this Lot.

The Agreement can be extended with twelve (12) months and this can be done twice (2). The total possible duration of the Agreement is hence 48 months.
