The procurement of insurance services will follow the requirements of the Utilities Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26.2.2014 on procurement by entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors.

All tenderers must uphold permission to write insurance risks as specified in this tender by the Danish FSA.

Any and all tenderers who wish to submit a tender must first be pre-qualified by submitting the applicable European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in accordance with the time limits put forth in the procurement documents.

The applicant must complete ESPD Parts II, III and V, including date and sign ESPD Part VI.

The contracting entity may at any time in the tendering procedure require the tenderer to submit documentation to prove that there is no basis for exclusion and that the minimum eligibility requirements are met when this is necessary for the proper conduct of the procedure.

All companies who are pre-qualified are asked to submit a tender. After reviewing the tender submissions, negotiations preceding award of the agreement may be restricted to tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tenders.

The deadline for submitting complaints to the Complaint Board for Tenders is 45 days after the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union with regard to the entry into contract. The deadline is calculated from the day following which entry into contract has been disclosed.
