Betingelser for deltagelse
Egnethed til at udøve det erhverv:

1) A completed ESPD. The ESPD must be uploaded as a XML-file;

2) Requirements listed in Technical Specifications;

3) A tender that includes all the listed award criteria;

4) Filled out “Tender list”;

5) Filled out “Line list”, “Instrument list”, “Valve list” and “Equipment list”.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:

1) General yearly turnover for the past 3 complete financial years.

2) The following financial ratios:

— Liquidity ratio= Current assets/Short-term debt = xx. The ratio must be positive on average for the past 3 years,

— Interest coverage ratio = EBIT/Net financial costs = xx. The ratio must be positive on average for the past 3 years,

— Return on assets (ROA) =EBITDA/Average total assets = xx The ratio must be positive on average for the past 3 years,

— Equity ratio = Total equity/Total assets = xx. The ratio must be positive on average for the past 3 years.

3) It is a requirement that the Bidder has a professional risk indemnity insurance of at least 10 mio. DKK for personal injury and at least 5 mio. DKK for property damages. The coverage of the insurance must be stated in the ESPD. The Bidder must, on request from Vestforbrænding, produce a copy of the insurance policy as documentation as well as documentation for the policy being paid;

4) Statement from a financial institution regarding financial security of 10% of the Contract value.

Mindstekrav til niveauet:

1) It is a requirement that the Bidder has a general yearly turnover of at least twice the value of the contract;

2) The ratio must be positive on average for the past 3 years.

Teknisk og faglig kompetence:

1) 3 comparable references within the last 3 years;

2) If the Bidder intends to subcontract parts of the contract it must state the percentage along with the intended subcontractor(s).
