The framework agreement includes service and training (including maintenance, modifications and training of personnel) and delivery of inventory. Under the framework agreement the buyer will commit to purchase minimum of 9 lifting capacity within the 1st year after commencement of the framework agreement. Beyond this, the buyer shall not be obliged to purchase any minimum quantity of deliverables.

Reference is made to the tender documents regarding payment terms. Invoicing must be done in accordance with the applicable Danish legislation on public payments. At present, this is Danish consolidation act. nº 798 of June 2007 which requires electronic invoicing. Exact terms are stated in the contract.

Through a framework agreement, the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) is planning to purchase the most economically advantageous mobile lifting capacity. The lifting capacity is one single unit, capable of operating under its own power on various surfaces. The unit is to be self-propelled and to work in various terrains. The lifting capacity shall be easily handled and very flexible in use. The lifting capacity will support all kind of liftings due to a variety of repairs such as APC (Armored Personnel Carriers), battle tanks, trucks and other military vehicles and equipment. The lifting capacity are through their lifetime intended to be continuously moved to locations where needed and will be used both in training as well as in national and international operations. Transportation of the lifting capacity is performed by air, sea and land. Land transport may imply rough terrain and would be preferred to comply with military standards and use. The framework agreement includes service and training (including maintenance, modifications and training of personnel) and delivery of inventory. Under the framework agreement the buyer will commit to purchase minimum of 9 lifting capacity within the first 3 (three) years after commencement of the framework agreement. Beyond this, the buyer shall not be obliged to purchase any minimum quantity of deliverables.
