The framework agreement will act as key tools to understanding and developing CPH's business and to ensure that the organisation is customer-focused and fact-based. In order to participate in prequalification of Passenger Tracking Analyse, the candidate must register through a electronic sourcing management system. This system gives access to all documents of the tender process. The documents for application for prequalification is under Documents section under the folder ‘Application for prequalification’. The other folder under Documents are ‘Tender documents’, which is for the invitation to tender and relevant for the candidates, who has been prequalified.

Selection of candidates:
5 candidates will be selected to participate. If there are more than 5 candidates who meet the criteria for selection, the 5 best qualified candidates will be invited to submit a tender, based on a evaluation of the candidates' economic, financial and technical capacity, cf. III 2.2 and III 2.3.

The tender consist of different assignments within tracking and analysis of passengers in CPH. The applicant must be able to carry out the full analytical process within different different tracking analysis, mystery shopping and ad hoc analysis.
Varighed: 36 måneder Beskrivelse af fornyelser: 2 x 12 months.
Beskrivelse af mulighederne: Extension of the duration of the framework agreement 2 x 12 months.

The contract may be awarded to a single candidate or a consortium ( or a special purpose vehicle formed by a consortium), but in the case of a consortium liability will be joint and several.
