Open procedure of a contract for the purchase of services concerning a Ticketing System
The goals for this tender are to fulfil the following needs:
— Delivery of a Ticketing System for DR Koncerthuset to handle ticket sale, including all necessary elements for DR's sale and marketing of tickets.
— The System must be a White Label Solution.
— Implementation/migration of the System.
— Support agreement for maintenance and operations.
— An option for ad hoc consultancy services.
Project kick-off and implementation of the System is expected to begin at the beginning of March 2018. The Agreed Go live Date shall be no later than 15.7.2018.
Deadline
Fristen for modtagelse af bud var på 2017-12-12.
