The Buyer has a need to invest in a solution that makes the handling of cash more secure and effective by introducing Cash Handling Machines (CHS), both in the toll booths and in Cash-in. There is also a need for making the transportation between the toll booth and Cash-in more secure and effective. The Buyer use a cash transportation company for transportation of cash to and from the site. The Buyer's wish is to reduce those transports to the advantage of the environment and the Buyer's costs. This is done primarily by recirculation the cash both inside the toll booths as well as in Cash-in.

The Buyer has decided to invest in a Cash Handling System (CHS) that makes the cash handling more secure and effective. The Buyer will equip three lanes in each direction with Cash Handling Machines (CHM), which makes it six Machines in total for the toll booths. The normal situation at the Buyer's site of today, is that only one lane in each direction is open for manual cash payment. During certain periods of the year, the Buyer has up to three lanes in each direction open for manual cash payments. Based on this the Buyer thinks it is enough to equip three lanes in each direction with Cash Handling Machines. The scope is an end-to-end Cash Handling System, which means that once the cash is received from the customer, the cash won't be exposed until it ends up at the bank. The delivery contains of a number of Cash Handling Machines to be used in toll booths to receive payments from customers. The Cash Handling Machines will be able to re-circulate cash to be used as exchange to the customers. The transportation of the cash from the machines to Cash-in (deposit), will be done in a secure way. The emptying, cash counting and the deposit of the cash to the vault will be done automatically by a machine placed at Cash-in. The delivery is a functionality undertaking of a fully-functional facility part that controls the whole cash flow in to and from the toll booths to the deposit at Cash-in. The performance is planned and executed while the Buyer's operation is fully operational. The Buyer aim to do ALL the installation work at the site. After the installation is made, the Seller will perform the commissioning. All the text in the document that is written in blue colour are answers taken from previous Q&A or new information.
