The Danish Defence and Logistic Organization (hereafter DALO) is planning to purchase breacherdoors including Spare Parts and Repaceables that will be used solely for the training of the Danish Defence forces. The breacherdoors offered must vary in difficulty to breach. ‘Difficulty’ is defined by methods/ways of breaching, cf. Annex A. DALO plans to purchase either three (3) or four (4) ‘packages’ of breacherdoors including Spare Parts and Replaceables.

1 ‘package’ must either consist of four (4) types of breacherdoors equalling four (4) methods of breaching including Spare Parts and Replaceables for 2 x 1 200 breaches for each method or three (3) breacherdoors that can be combined to four (4) methods of breaching including Spare Parts and Replaceables for 2 x 1 200 breaches for each method. The Supplier must therefore be able to deliver ‘packages’ equalling four (4) methods of breaching. DALO intially plans to procure three (3) ‘packages’ of doors. The contract period will be 18 months from the date of signature and will include one (1) option consisting of one (1) ‘package’.

Date of delivery of the doors for testing: Friday 20.10.2017, at 13.00. local time, as DALO plans to test the doors in week 43.
Terms of delivery for both the Test Specimen including Replaceables and the Deliverables including Spare Parts and Replaceables shall be DAP INCORTERMS 2010.

Betingelser for deltagelse
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
The candidate must use the European Single Procurement Document as preliminary evidence in replacement of certificates issued by public authorities or third parties confirming that the candidate fulfils the minimum requirement stated below with respect to the the standards required, and how the candidate fulfils the objective and non-discriminating criteria for prequalification, cf. § 148(1), cf. § 145(2) of the Danish Act on Public Procurement (act No 1564 of 15.12.2015 — available at www.retsinformation.dk). Prior to DALO's decision concerning award of the contract, the candidate to whom DALO intends to award the contract must submit documentation for the information given in the European Single Procurement Document in accordance with § 151 of the said Act. DALO has decided to terminate the tender for acquisition of breacherdoors for training without an award of contract. The reason for the termination is that DALO has not recieved any compliant offers, since none of the offers fulfill DALO minimum requirements and/or mandatory requirements, cf. Contract Notice, Instructions to Tenderers and Annex A. DALO can therefore not proceed with the tender.
