Please observe that it is the legal entity which obtains pre-qualification that has to sign the contract with A/S Storebælt and thus is fully responsible towards A/S Storebælt regarding fulfilment of the contract.

Økonomisk og finansiel stilling:
The tenderers shall provide information on the solvency of the Tenderer in the electronic European Single Procurement Document.
In the event A/S Storebælt requires documentation for the above the Tenderer must provide the latest annual audited financial report. If this is not in English or Scandinavian, the Tenderer is asked to provide a resume in English.
Mindstekrav til niveauet: In the event that the Tenderer is not solvent, A/S Storebælt will exclude him.
Teknisk og faglig kompetence:
The Tenderer shall provide references for deliveries comparable with present procurement, cf. section II.2.4) in the electronic European Single Procurement Document.
The Tenderer shall provide information on it's quality assurance system, a environmental management system and a management system (occupational Health and safety assessment series) in the electronic European Single Procurement Document.
In the event A/S Storebælt requires documentation for the above the Tenderer must provide the relevant documentation in either English or Scandinavian.
Mindstekrav til niveauet:
The supplier must have valid certificates for the following:
1. An ISO 9001 certified quality assurance system;
2. An ISO 14001 certified environmental management system;
3. An OHSAS 18001 certified management system (occupational health and safety assessment series).
In areas where the tenderer does not have a valid certificate, the following requirements shall instead be fulfilled:
A. 1 or several area policies signed by management;
B. A list of existing measurable goals regarding quality, environment and working environment;
C. Accident statistics for the previous 3 years with indication of accident frequency (no of accidents resulting in absence from work per 1 000 000 working hours) and accident absence frequency (no of absence hours caused by accidents per 1 000 working hours).
