The number of references should not surpass a maximum of the 10 most comparable and relevant deliveries which have been completed during the last five years. If the reference list includes more than 10 deliveries, the Contracting authority will only consider the first 10 listed.
The ESPD document, section III.1.3 Technical and professional ability, only allows for 5 references to be listed. As the contracting authority asks for 10 references the references numbered 6 — 10 can be submitted separately in a document, which must be submitted together with the ESPD and will be considered as part of the documentation.

A three year framework agreement on complete dismantling and scrapping of overhead transmission lines and foundations as well as subsequent restoration of the tower sites.
A three year framework agreement on complete dismantling and scrapping of 132 — 400 kV overhead transmission lines and foundations as well as subsequent restoration of the tower sites in Denmark.
As part of the framework agreement, the Contracting authority initially intends to award two initial purchases of dismantling, scrapping and restoration in the following projects by mini-tender among the suppliers of the framework agreement:
— 150 kV Jylland-Fyn, Kabel, NUP (JFK),
— 150 kV Kassø-Ensted, Kabel, NUP (KEK).
The initial mini-tenders of the two abovementioned projects, will take place after the evaluation of the tenders for the framework agreement, but before the notification of award. Only the four suppliers who are awarded the framework agreement will take part in the evaluation of the two initial purchases (mini-tenders) under the framework agreement, projects JFK and KEK, and only these four suppliers will subsequently be invited for later mini-tenders.
